A property film should help people understand the space. The approach can explore the relationship between indoors and outdoors, the walkthrough, light, details and surroundings. Before filming, we discuss the property, its audience and how the content will be used.
Production can combine video, photography and drone footage when appropriate for the project and location. Editing, colour correction and sound shape the finished piece. The Portillo and Coinpro examples show different work from my real estate portfolio.
For projects that need virtual production, I can also use AI tools when necessary. We establish which images are filmed and which are representations, helping communicate the project clearly. The scope and versions for websites or social media are agreed before production.

Drone use depends on the project, location and operating conditions. We review its relevance and include it in the agreed scope when appropriate.
What information is needed for a proposal?
The location, type of property or project, the purpose of the content and an approximate date. References or existing footage also help define production.
